Mr. Pabon has held various positions of leadership with the Hierophysics crew, the Rock Steady Crew, Magnificent Force and the Universal Zulu Nation and is an honorary member of the Electric Boogaloos. Mr. Pabon was also a founder of GhettOriginal Productions Inc., through which he was a co-author, co-director and co-choreographer of the hip-hop musicals “So! What Happens Now?” and “Jam on the Groove,” which was the first official Off Broadway hip-hop musical.
