Wrongful-Death Lawsuit Over rapper Notorious B.I.G. Is Dismissed

Adding perhaps a final twist to one of the longest-running and most contentious cases of celebrity justice, a federal judge in Los Angeles has dismissed an eight-year-old wrongful-death suit filed against the city by the family of the rapper Notorious B.I.G.
